- The service. Octopus Seller, provided by Octopus Networks, is a tool to analyse and manage your Amazon store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon.
- Your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Enable two-step verification in Settings.
- Changes on Amazon. Nothing is changed in your Amazon listings (content, prices or inventory) unless you approve that change yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.
- AI-written content. Drafts are suggestions that you review before publishing. You are responsible for product specifications and for any claim such as "food safe".
- Figures and reports. They come from Amazon data and may be delayed or differ from Seller Central. They do not replace your accountant.
- Taxes. E-receipt and e-invoice modules are tools only. Your tax compliance remains your responsibility.
- Subscription. According to the plans on the pricing section (Basic EGP 399 and Pro EGP 799 per 30 days; the first 14 days are free on the Basic plan). Payment is in advance and does not renew automatically. Refunds and cancellation follow the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
- Acceptable use. You must comply with Amazon's policies. We may suspend accounts that violate them or try to harm the service.
- Data. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 30 days.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
